Downloads
Maintenance Updates should be downloaded and installed by all customers. Be sure that the update is for your version of the program. Patches should
only be downloaded and run to correct a specific problem, usually an installation problem. Check the Read Me document before downloading and running a
patch program to determine if it is really necessary.
To determine the program version, run the program and look for the version in the copyright notice. Be sure to watch for the correct version number
until the program finishes loading. If the program has not yet been installed, the version number is on the label on the Installation CD-ROM
Download and execute the file on the computer. The on-screen prompts will guide you through the installation process. If you are utilizing a floating
license, download and execute the file to the student workstations unless noted otherwise in the Read Me document.
