Student Guide manual contains Work Sheets for each module in the course. It can be printed directly from the web pages by selecting the "Guides and Tools" tab. These Work Sheets can be filled in during or after watching the instruction and before taking the Interactive Test. Writing the answers down will make completion of the interactive test much easier and enable you to more easily remember the information later. You may use the Work Sheet manual you create as a reference document in the future.

Custom Work Sheets:

GD&T Job Aid:

This tool will overcome one of the most common errors involving the interpretation of GD&T on prints. While many operators can identify the name of a symbol from a readily available aids, they do not correctly perform the measurement itself. There is a 40 page job aid under the "Downloads" tab. This tool provides a reference for identifying each symbol and, more importantly, an illustration showing the technique needed to correctly perform the measurement of each tolerance. - Job Aid Example (PDF)
