"Mastering CNC Lathes" - Two Options
Online Course
This new web-based course covers basic machining as well as the common models of CNC Turning Centers and Lathes using Fanuc, Haas,
Mazak, and Okuma controls. The computerized course management system allows the selection
of the controls each student will be learning as well as up to five levels of performance. After mastering the basic
concepts, the student puts the ideas into practice by interacting with computer simulations of the screen displays,
soft keys, and control panels of the brands and models of control selected for them. These simulations reduce the
chance of costly mistakes on your lab machinery. One to hundreds of students can be accommodated locally
or world wide. This is the best course for distance learning, combined classroom and online students, on-site classes at multiple locations or many other possible combinations.
DVD / CD-ROM Course
This course lets you select from Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or Okuma and, therefore,
many brands of machinery. The computerized course management system allows the selection of the controls which each
individual will be learning. After learning the basic concepts, the student puts the ideas into practice by
interacting with computer simulations of the screen displays, soft keys, and control panels of the brands and models
of control selected for them. These simulations reduce the chance of costly mistakes on your lab machinery. This course is used where online and distance learning is not being employed.
This one-time investment in the course materials enables you to train as many students as needed for years to come without any ongoing expense for web-based access.
