"Mastering CNC Lathes" (MCL) and "Mastering CNC Machining Centers" (MCM) were both created using the Macromedia Director authoring software. Both training programs use built-in Director functions for determining and calculating dates and times.

According to information found on Macromedia's web site (www.macromedia.com), Director determines dates and times directly from the computer's operating system, whether on the Apple Macintosh platform or any version of Microsoft Windows. Therefore, the MCL and MCM programs are as Y2K compliant as the operating systems they are run on.

According to Microsoft's web site (www.microsoft.com), all current versions of their operating systems (Windows 3.1 and 3.11, Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT versions 3.5 and 4) are Y2K compliant.
