Being in Control: The management systems allows for either self-paced instruction or classroom methods for up to 10 classes of 50 students each. Instructors have complete control over the delivery of instruction and the level of testing for their classes. The computer maintains a continuous record of each attempt at each test by each student. It records date and time, percentage score, questions left unanswered and incorrectly answered questions.

Password Control: Three levels of of password-protected management are provided. The Administrative Level allows access to all student data for any of the 10 classes. A Leader password permits access to the management controls for a particular class. The Student password allows access to the tests for that particular student. The Leader Guide provides instructions on how to perform all of the class management functions as well as all status reports for both the student and class level.

Leader Controls: Leaders, or instructors, have the ability to add students, delete students and view or print various reports. A Student Report is a complete record of the time spent on the test, questions answered incorrectly, and remaining questions to be answered for each test attempt. It also includes a percentage score. The Class report shows the progress of all the students in completing the tests and indicates which student tests are currently active. The Time report provides an analysis of the time spent on each test, the rate at which the tests are being completed, and the averages of these values for the class as a whole.

Instructors can turn tests on or off for the entire class or for individuals within the class by accessing the management screen. For the ultimate in test control, the Leader can turn individual questions on or off at their discretion using the Adapt Test function provided.

Student Controls: When a student starts the program on the computer, they will be asked to select their Class from the ten classes listed. Once the person enters their personal password, the currently active test begins. The particular questions a student will be required to answer will depend on the selections of "Inch, Metric or Both" during initial registration, and any modification to the active tests or questions by the course Leader.
