| Student Reports: A report indicating the progress of an individual can be displayed and printed. The report can show the trainee's status on viewing the instruction and completing the tests. The report allows sorting the material by activity or by Date and Time. A comma delimited text file can also be exported to allow importation of student records into another learning management system. | |||||||||||

| The example below shows the minutes spent viewing the instruction and what percentage of the content remains to be viewed. The "Test" portion indicates the number of minutes spent on the tests and how many questions remain to be answered. This trainee has invested a total of thirteen minutes on module ten with seven incorrect answers and one question unanswered. If the trainee returns to the instruction to find the correct answers, additional entires on the log will appear for the instruction and the test. The "Details" button allows the instructor to see all of the test questions and answers and their current status. | |||||||||||

| The "Details" view below shows that question G004 was made Inactive by the instructor. Therefore, the left column does not have a question number assigned and the trainee will not see that question. Question G003 was answered correctly on this attempt while question G005 was answered correctly on a previous attempt. In column 4 you see the scene number in the instruction from which the answer to this question can be found. This allows the instructor to quickly find the scene and play it for a student if necessary. | |||||||||||
