Instructor's Guide
This file, created when the Student Report button is pressed, provides information on each attempt at a each test in a particular course. The file can be scrolled on the computer screen to view the latest entries. Each entry will indicate the number of minutes taken during the test session, the number of right, wrong, and unanswered questions, and the percentage grade. A list of the questions which were missed is also provided so the instructor can analyze a student’s problem areas.
Once the Save Report button is pressed, a text file is created of the currently displayed Student Report. The text file is stored under the class and student number. The file can be printed on any word processor, or in the “Write” program provided within Windows. The text file will be placed in the Class Number folder under the Reports directory.
