Student Reports: A report indicating the progress of a student can be displayed and printed. The report will show how much progress has been achieved in viewing the instruction and completing the tests. The report allows sorting the material by activity or by Date and Time. |

The sample below shows the how many minutes was spent viewing the instruction and what percentage of the content remains to be viewed. The "Test" portion indicates the number of minutes spent on the tests and how many questions remain to be answered. This trainee has spent a total of thirteen minutes on module ten with seven incorrect answers and one question unanswered. If the trainee returns to the instruction to find the correct answers, additional minutes will appear on the instruction and well as the test. The "Details" button allows the instructor to see all of the test questions and their current status. The Detail view below shows that question G004 was made Inactive by the instructor. Therefore, the left column does not have a question number assigned and the trainee will not see that question. Question G003 was answered correctly on this attempt while question G005 was answer correctly on a previous attempt. In column 4 you see the scene number from which the answer to this question can be found. This allows the instructor to quickly find the scene and play it for a student if necessary. |
