Class Manager Quick Start Page Click Here to Return
Clicking Add Student will allow the entry of new students to the selected class. In addition to the student name and password, the machine type or types can be selected, and the tests can be made active or inactive. In this example, only test one is active. (See page 4 of the Quick Start pages.)

A student may be deleted from a class by clicking Delete Student. A warning message appears indicating that deletion will remove all student records and asks for confirmation. The Student Report button can be selected to create a text file of the student before deletion, or at any other time.

If a student forgets a password, or wants to change passwords, pressing Change Password and entering a new password completes the task.

Once students are entered into a class, the students and their passwords can be imported into any of the other classes or courses by pressing Import Students. (See page 6 of the Quick Start pages.)

To allow instructors total control of the presentation of questions from the CD-ROM to a class, the Adapt Tests button can be pressed. Individual questions can then be turned on or off for the class. (See page 7 of the Quick Start pages.)

Once a class has completed a course, the Delete All button can be used by the instructor to remove all of the existing students and their records. The Class Name, Instructor, and Class Description data will remain so that a new class can be entered.

Pressing Class Report will display a status screen indicating which students have completed tests within the course and which tests are in the active state for each student. Pressing Print Report from the screen will print the report. Pressing Save Report will create a text file of the report.
