Flash Also on Cone Blow Blank:

1. Align Cone Blow Punch to Die.

2. Check squareness of the Cutoff Blank.

3. Check the squareness of the Cone Blow Pin.

No Flash on the Cone Blow Blank with Finish Head Concentric to Body:

1. Realign Finish Punch to Die.

2. Check for damage in the Finish Blow Punch cavity.

No Flash on the Cone Blow Blank with Finish Head NOT Concentric to Body:

1. Realign Cone Blow punch to Die.

2. Be sure Cone Blow cavity is not too long causing buckling of blank during the Finish blow.

3. Remachine the Cone Blow punch as required and recut Cone Blow Pin.
