Internet-based Course with Job-Task Simulation

This new web-based course covers the common models of CNC Machining Centers using Fanuc, Haas, Mazak and Okuma controls. The computerized course management system allows the selection of the controls which each individual will be learning. After mastering the basic concepts, the trainee puts the concepts into practice by interacting with computer simulations of the screen displays, soft keys, and control panels of the brands and models of control selected for them. These simulations reduce the chance of costly mistakes on your machinery and lost production time during the learning process. One to hundreds of trainees can be accommodated locally or world wide. This is the best course for groups of between 1 and 15 trainees or if you have multiple locations.

CD-ROMCD-ROM-based course with Computer Simulations.
No more crashes? Well, we can't promise that, but the computer simulations in this course give your people a chance to learn without tying up your production machinery and your most productive operators. And if they make a mistake, you won't have broken tools and damaged equipment. This course covers 90% of the machines in use today by providing instruction on 20 of the most popular models of CNC control. Simply select the control type on which an operator is to be most thoroughly tested when registering them in the computer. All the typical setup and operating tasks are covered. This course is recommended for shops with a variety of control models and more than 12 to 15 individuals to train or retrain.

VideocassetteVideo-based courses.
MasterTask has a series of courses where the instruction is on video and the testing is print based. Each course covers a specific CNC control model. For example, one of these courses covers any brand of CNC machining center that uses the GE Fanuc 0M control. If most of the machines in your shop use a specific model control, one of these courses would be recommended. All typical setup and operating tasks are covered.
